1. Company Profile
Lanzhou New Area Shuangliang Thermal Power Co., Ltd. was established on July 31, 2013 and was wholly-owned by Gansu Shuangliang. According to the special heat supply plan of Lanzhou New Area, the company is responsible for the construction and operation management of the central heating project in the south of Wei No. 16 Road in Lanzhou New Area. The construction and operation of this project can maximally limit the enterprises that gradually settled down to establish scattered coal-fired small boiler rooms, so as to reduce the environmental pollution to the urban area, improve the environmental sanitation, improve the air quality in winter, improve the heating quality, and realize the utilization of low-quality fuel and garbage.
The total length of Shuangliang thermal heating pipe network project in Lanzhou New Area is about 2×38KM, Gansu Branch has undertaken two bidding sections I and V of the heating pipeline in the New District. The total pipeline length is 2×17.9KM, which is mainly distributed in the Lanzhou New Area. Road, Weiliu Road, Weiba Road, Weijiu Road and other major roads in the new district. The pipe diameter is in the range of Φ159×5～Φ1220×14, the design operating pressure is 1.6MPA, the water supply temperature reaches 130℃, the return water temperature reaches 70℃, the trench excavation depth is 3.5-3.8m, the upper part of the trench is 5.5m wide, and the lower part is 3.2m wide. Two pipelines for supply and return hot water are laid side by side, with a center spacing of 1.5 meters.

2. General situation of the project
Lanzhou New District Shuangliang Thermal Monitoring Center, the core of real-time monitoring and alarming of substations is the Sfere-PMS power monitoring software platform provided by Jiangsu Sfere Electric Co., Ltd., relying on the S3100 series front communication management machine provided by Sfere , to achieve a series of functions such as real-time data collection of all power distribution cabinets, immediate reminders of operational alarms/accidents (supporting alarm SMS reminders), and historical data recording.
3. Network topology
Lanzhou New District Shuangliang Thermal Power Monitoring System adopts a three-layer structure, which is composed of a power monitoring host configured in the fire monitoring room, the S3100 series front communication management machine, a multifunctional instrument installed in the power distribution room, and a microcomputer integrated protection device. The S3100 series front communication management machine has RS-485 and RJ45 Ethernet interfaces, and provides Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP communication protocols, which can be easily connected to other standard systems.
4. Monitoring scope and function
The system mainly monitors the 10kV substation part of the end user, realizes the online real-time alarm information monitoring, data and status display record, and responds to each substation alarm accident within 5 minutes, so as to minimize the user's labor cost and power outage time.
5. Real time monitoring
It can display the monitoring data and protection status of all circuits in the substation in the form of primary system diagram. The switch states of each circuit are distinguished in real time.
6. Energy query
The historical data can be inquired through the report form, and the electric energy data and protection records can be inquired.
7. Alarm information
The real-time alarm accident signal is displayed in a pop-up window to remind the staff on duty, so as to ensure that all alarm accident information can be responded at the first time.
8. Communication status
Real-time display of the communication status of each power distribution cabinet monitoring device and the front communication management machine.
