In the face of increasingly severe energy and air quality issues, energy conservation and emission reduction are particularly important. Therefore, high requirements have been put forward for the stability and control accuracy of boiler control systems.

Solution

The intelligent control cabinet adopts S7-200smart, S7-1500 series or CP1H series programming controllers as the control unit, and connects PT100 platinum resistance sensors, S-division, K-division thermocouple sensors, pressure transmitters and other instruments through the wiring connector to collect temperature, pressure and other signals of the equipment.


The control cabinet displays the collected data through the human-machine interface and records the equipment operation, faults, temperature, pressure, and other data. It analyzes the relationship between the condensation rate of water vapor in the flue gas and the exhaust temperature.


Based on the calculation of the condensation rate and thermal efficiency, it outputs analog signals such as 4-20mA and 0-10V to control the frequency of the fan/water pump, the load of the burner, and the opening of the regulating valve to achieve stable operation of the boiler. The control cabinet exchanges data with the cloud platform through a gateway to achieve remote monitoring and intelligent management of equipment.

 


03 Application of large central air conditioning systems

Large central air conditioning, as a necessity for daily production and life, has a wide range of applications in various industries. Due to the inherent characteristics of the air conditioning industry, high control accuracy and complex control processes are required, which places stricter demands on the control system of air conditioning units. Traditional control methods are no longer able to meet these requirements.

The intelligent control cabinet adopts S7-1500 series or CJ2M series programming controller as the control unit, collects equipment temperature, pressure and other signals through I/O module, collects flow, heat and other data through RS485 interface, calculates the optimal control curve for the required load, and uses the programmable controller analog output module to control the melt pump and regulating valve.


To ensure the cooling and heating effects, reduce energy consumption, save energy and reduce emissions, the modular programmable controller is suitable for various models. The human-machine interface of the intelligent control cabinet displays the operating data in real time, records operating events and fault records, draws temperature and pressure trend charts, and exchanges data with the cloud platform through the gateway to achieve remote monitoring and intelligent control.
